In this course module starting April 5, 2019, you will learn:
- how to instill values of self care in your clients who are in psychiatric drug withdrawal or recovery
- how to put self care plans into place to prepare for withdrawal
- a diversity of self care skills, habits, daily practices specific to coming off psychiatric drugs and surviving trauma
- self care for yourself first and how to transfer that awareness to future clients
- how to practice self care while working with others who are in psychiatric drug withdrawal
- why self care is so essential in withdrawal
- the nuances of self care in withdrawal
- how to work with others who are struggling with self care (and yourself when you are)
- self care strategies that are most affordable and accessible
- how self care can help you succeed in business!
