Reborn: Poetic Codes For Psychiatric Survivors is here!

Hello psychiatric survivor family,

My psychiatric survivor poetry book and creative guide is officially available, live on Amazon.

As you may have heard, a good chunk of these poems came to me over 20 years ago when I was on 7 psychiatric (and other) pharmaceuticals and having a drug fever called neuroleptic malignant syndrome.

I have saved these poems for many years and now have combined them with other psychiatric survivor poetry I have written over the years, as well as commentary on what the poetry means and how it relates to the experience of surviving psychiatric drugging.

This book is also a creative invitation and medicine for your creative soul, which many of us have experienced, can get and/or feel stuck while on psych drugs and coming off of them.

Please check out my book and let me know how it lands for you.

My hope is that these poetic codes will reach you, in any state of mind and being, even when reading and logical comprehension is hard. That was the state many of them were written in, and they were designed to be medicine for this journey.

The beautiful cover art is by my friend Ellen Mary Hayes.

You can find the book here as an e-book or paperback.
