Long Term Vision For Hospitals

The following vision came to me while I was in the shower. It coursed through me.

For a long time I’ve prayed to be able to do something to help all people who want to withdraw from psychiatric drugs to have the opportunity to do so, safely and effectively, with all the support and resources they need to restore their health.

I have no idea how to make this vision happen, but I do believe in holding onto dreams, even when we don’t know *how*. Do you know how? Who out there can help me with this? I’m interested in forming a long term committee of people who are interested in turning this vision into a reality. Please comment below, or email me if you would like to be involved.

Vision. Every hospital has to offer “alternatives” AND is required to offer holistic detox programs for problematic prescription drugs that include a wide array of options. So every mental hospital or psych ward also has a section that supports people, who choose to, to withdraw from psych drugs (also opiates).

These withdrawal clinics, mandated in every single hospital, have everything possible that can help people withdraw: the best food, herbs, supplements, nature, acupuncture, hands on healing, creative opportunities, spiritual counseling, and whatever other modalities one chooses, all optional, all by personal choice.

No more underemployed healers and “alternative” healthcare practitioners. Insurance covers this option for anyone who needs assistance in withdrawal. People can stay in these withdrawal programs inpatient or outpatient for as long as they need.

Sounds expensive? I have no doubt whatsoever it will lower the cost of healthcare dramatically and with longevity, not to mention save our planet, our economy and the health and consciousness of our people.

Who’s with me, and more importantly, who can help me make this happen!

Good luck Chaya. I been talking for years about building a respite place for people who are affected by eating problems and don’t want to get locked up in a force feeding prison. I also notice that you frequently ask for feedback or support yet whenever I comment you do not reply nor even acknowledge that I exist. What’s up with that?

Hi Julie. Thanks. Do you ever check back to read my replies? I’ve said this before, but you need to check the box to get notified by email so you will know when I’ve replied. I’m not always able to respond right away, but you’ll need to check back to read the responses.

Thanks, Chaya, yes, I do have the boxes checked and I get other people’s responses but yours didn’t come through.I apologize. I don’t know why. It’s odd when I see responses from people who are also responding to posts I responded to, yet my input is almost always ignored. Like it’s not there. Like I’m not there.

It’s an odd feeling. I remember back in the states buses used to fly right by me even though I was clearly trying to flag them to stop. Sometimes the bus drivers would say I’m short so they didn’t see me. So maybe if I’m invisible, I shouldn’t have to pay bus fare, eh? I never tried to pull that one, though. 🙂

    Hi Chaya,

I agree with this vision of offering alternatives medicine and options to all people
who have been prescribed medications on Long Term Basis. There are many side effects
from taking allopathic/Western medicines. Their use needs to be minimized, or stopped if possible.

Humanity needs this vision be implemented, so that its peoples can regain natural health,
achieve longevity, and be free to raise its consciousness to higher levels.
In addition, humanity realize love in its hearts, and equally as important, is to help others cleanly and genuinely from the heart.
